I hear Dave Ramsey on the radio on the way home at night. Even if I, with all that occasionally came out of his mouth, or your delivery method does not agree, I think it has great information. I hear, because he is intelligent and makes much sense. I hear that I’m something that keeps popping up constantly amazed … the idea that the economy is “personal” change in most families do not. The economy is bad, but apart from fear of injection in most homes, almost 90% of the financial situation of the country has not changed.
In our group of friends and family, this is not the case. We have friends who are unemployed and in a year. We have family members who are not finding work. Even within our own walls, the economic situation is disastrous. So, what do you do when you give a financial hand to those you love? How can you not help you without money?
That’s what I did:
1. The acquisition of all you can get free coupons – drugs, baby items, foods that are not usually eat … etc. All this is now often useful when food budgets are adjusted for the members of my family. My brother has had back problems, so I had 3 bottles of Excedrin Back & Body, I shared with him.
2. Clerical – We have an office with computer, Internet, fax, printer and scanner. I printed business cards for a friend who spread the word about your pets bathing / maintenance and cleaning company hopes. I can not give you many hints, but it can definitely help you with the tools to market themselves.
3. Tips to save your money – how can I learn tips and tricks to save money, reuse things and simply use more of everything, I agree with, I learned what people in my life that I believe will benefit. (I speak much of what they learn, finance other bloggers … so keep the great articles coming!)
4. Shut up and listen – I mean, just listen. As a good friend and support means the ability to hear. Let your girlfriend or sister or mother a little breakdown of how difficult it is. Sometimes (often?) Know the people what they want to say. So just listen and support. For me, it’s hard not to try to help all the time. I’m working on a better ability to listen and not try to fix everything all the time. If you know me in real life … Remind me just shut up and listen. No offense.
